Megan Brennan,
LCPC

Founder, Therapist & Supervisor

Megan believes that everyone can achieve great self awareness and experience deep personal growth. As a counselor and licensed therapist, she helps that transformation take place, starting with two key steps:

Creating a space for you that’s open, safe and non-judgmental.

Building a relationship with you on care, compassion and trust.

Megan has advanced training and experience in couples therapy (Gottman Method), individuals and trauma (Complexities of Trauma Post Grad Intensive). She uses a holistic approach—integrating humanistic, cognitive behavioral, body centered and psychodynamic modalities—to explore your thoughts, behaviors and emotional states.

She’s also a certified yoga instructor who’s glad to make breath work, meditation and mindfulness a regular part of your journey in therapy.

Megan earned her Masters from DePaul University. She has provided therapy for 15 years and founded RCC in 2021 to bring mental health services to a broader audience.
